Meet Danny Lewis, Capital Mortgage Services’ CEO! A Marshall University grad, Danny brings 25+ years of banking & mortgage experience to the team. After starting in public accounting, his passion shifted to helping people achieve homeownership. From origination to servicing, he’s seen it all across community, regional, and super-regional banks. Now, he leads the team at Capital Mortgage with a focus on innovation and service.

Russell Shaw

Chief Financial Officer

Russell Shaw brings strategic vision to HRC. A seasoned leader with experience in manufacturing, finance, and philanthropy, he’s President of LBK Skylight (since 2002) and is a Board of Director at Capital Federal Credit Union (since 2021). Russell co-founded CRX Title and the American Dream Charitable Foundation, showcasing his commitment to both business and community. He holds a B.S. in Petroleum Land Management from Texas Tech.

Cass Gonzalez

Project Manager

Texas Tech grad, and a seasoned project management executive, optimizing processes and maximizing ROI.
